Every single thing. The location was at the better end of the beach, water was clean with small waves. The hotel and the room were absolutely incredible, so clean and modern while being very comfortable. We had a room that opened straight out onto the garden, a few steps from the pool and restaurant. This was our fifth hotel room in Crete and was by far the best, so sad that we only had one night there. What really made the stay memorable was definitely the staff, from Elizabeth at reception, to Lula, George and all the bar staff. These guys work so hard and go out of their way to make everyone happy, they deserve recognition from their employer because they are a great asset to the business and demonstrate the very best in customer service.

The hotel is at the beach with its own pool. The beach area and the pool area were beautiful, well designed and organized. The guests received clean towels for the beach or pool use. The apartment had a beach view, two large rooms and a very large terrace. The view were amazing, we watched the sunset from there every day. The food at the hotel was very delicious, our favorites were the Energy bowls with Greek yoghurt and oatmeal and the avocado toast. The hotel staff were always very nice and helpful. We enjoyed every moment there.

My husband and I travelled to Crete for the first time and stayed at Drossia Palms and let me say this property FAR exceeded our expectations. I wish I could give it 15 stars. We stayed in the suite with a hot tub on our deck and our room was absolutely beautiful! This business is family owned and they were all so welcoming and accommodating! I cannot recommend this property enough

    The hotel is right on the beach and the rooms were gorgeous. The staff were incredible and Elizabeth and Lula made us feel right at home straight away. Bar staff were fantastic. We have only positive things to say about staying here and would recommend to anyone - we will be back !

    - clean and nicely decorated rooms - adorable and professional staff, they would help you with anything - right on the beach, you can hear the waves from your room - many beautiful spots to relax/chat/have a drink - delicios food! - quiet - every detail of the rooms, dining area, pool, bar and restaurant is very well organized and is a pleasure to go anywhere - we were surprized that the beach was turned into a very cosy and intimate place to drink at night - very nice!

    Perfect location right on the beach, spotlessly clean, great little pool and bar, amazing value, wonderful hosts, quiet and peaceful, great food and service. We loved this family run hotel/apartment so much we're returning next year.. Katerina and Eva were so warm, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We loved staying here.
