Excellent place in excellent surroundings. A very quiet place with a magnificent view from the balcony. Clean and proper room and well functioning ac. 5 min walk to a great restaurant and 9 min walk to a small supermarket. Beach: Very close. The best way to get around Chios is by car and there is a parking place at Platsa for free. The owner of the place is very customer oriented. We highly recommend Platsa studios!

Location is perfect. Each of the owner family is very sincere, friendly and very much warm in their communication. The property is completely built from scratch and all the materials chosen, from beds, curtains, bathroom, kitchen appliances to even cutlery, are the products of an exquisite taste. They assisted us via whatsapp during our stay in the island whenever we needed, starting with finding rental car (nearly all companies which I tried to get in touch online, had not even one in their inventory) to where to go, what to eat and what to buy in best conditions. Hereby once again I thank them all.

Our stay at this accommodation was truly wonderful. The self check-in was very easy. We stayed here with our two children. The apartment had a lovely balcony right by the sea, and spending time there was delightful. The host, Nikos, was very polite and helpful, giving us great tips about beaches and tourist spots to visit. The house is small but very charming, and every little detail you might need has been thoughtfully provided. There were even toys left for the children. If you ever visit Chios Island, we wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Location is very good, right on the beach with grocery shops, bars and restaurants within a stone's throw. I find the placing of the sunbeds in the beach in front of the apartment quite dense. Within 300m the beach has some places without sunbeds where you can avoid the overcrowdedness. For the rest, the apartment is quite well equipped with ACs and all the kitchenware.

Mr Panagiotis is very hospitable and helpful. As there is an available villa, he upgraded our room without extra charge. The hotel is located between green and blue. The room was spacious and well equipped. The Jacuzzi at the bathroom was amazing.
