Literally everything! Beautiful view and the balcony perfect for morning breakfast. Room very very clean and spacious. Working AC, kitchen. Very clean, big, and comfortable bed. Very friendly stuff, caring and giving advices where to go in Paros and what to see. Hotel is very close to the beaches, the ones in the city and farther away from the city. Location is perfect and neighbourhood is very calm and quiet. No noise from the city or clubs.

What an amazing place to stay in Paros. Ricardo is an excellent host and the place has all the amenities you need. 10 steps from the front gate and you are in the sea. The terrace is the best part of the apartment. Would easily give Ricardo 12 out of 10.

“Spectacular location, practically on the beach, in a beautiful and peaceful bay. The studio is exactly as shown in the photos, clean and equipped with everything you need, and you can hear the sound of the sea in the background. The location is amazing. The views from the room and balcony are out of this world. Very clean, friendly staff/family. A great place to rest and relax on a busy island hopping trip and a relief to be out of the main town but be able to walk there or go by water taxi.

The apartment is located very close to the beach and several good restaurants, but still in a quiet part of town. Everything is easily accessible on foot. Meletis is very friendly and accommodating, and a great host. The bed was very comfortable and facilities outstanding. Highly recommend!

First of all thanasis was the best host ever. He is so nice he welcomed us with cold water and good tips. Room is so close the port and all restaurants.
