Our stay in Perdika Bayview was amazing. The house is spacious, very clean, and offers a beautiful sea view. Just few meters walk away is a rocky beach with fascinating underwater sea life—perfect for snorkeling. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and communication was smooth throughout our stay. Perdika itself is a charming little town with great restaurants and a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back!

This place has an unbeatable location, just a 5-minute walk from the ferry and super easy to find. Being right across from Avra Beach makes it so convenient—you can literally just walk out and pop over to the sand. The room was spotless, the bed was really comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. Staff were awesome! Aegina is a beautiful island, and I'm definitely coming back. When I do, I'll absolutely be staying here again!

Stunning hotel. Beautiful pool and facilities including spa and tennis court. Rooms were very clean and staff were brilliant, very helpful and attentive. Great beach bar near the private beach with lovely easy access to the sea. Easy taxi into Aegina town but felt like a luxurious retreat.

Chosen this amazing apartment to get the chance to be inspired for writing the epilogue of my book. In the morning, still lying in my comfortable very klean bed, I was watching the enormous waves, the houses on the opposite hill and the crystal clear horizon, of the island beautiful like a dreamy painting. I've enjoyed the smashing Naïve sea paintings, creations of the so sweet tempered and dynamic admirable hostess. Everything was awe-inspiring wonderful.Thank you and I will come back. (In this heavenly beautiful house,which is so full of positive energy, I 've written the epilogue).

Beautiful home in a nice quiet area, exactly what we needed and we had the most relaxing time. The rocky swimming spot near the house is beautiful and I thought much nicer than the sandy beaches! All the restaurants at Perdika were amazing. The house was perfect for our family of 4. I think because of steep stairs and uphill walk to shops this house is probably best for children over 5.
