We had a great stay on Evelina pension and we loved that it’s minutes by walk from beach. Also, all that you need is placed on the corner: supermarket, coffee shop, bakery, bus stop and rent a car office. All tips form Kostas was really helpful for a pleasant stay. For sure will come back.

Excellent breakfast, a large selection of types - sweet, salty. Beautiful, clean apartment, hotel right on the beach, not far from the bus stop. Mr. Konstantinos takes amazing care of his guests, gives advice, asks if we need anything. A bonus was the free umbrella and sunbeds on the hotel beach for hotel guests.

The location is amazing. It is 10m from the beach and there are many restaurants and bars nearby and also mini markets where you can get everything you need. The bus stop to get to fira is also very close. Giannis is super hospitable and attentive.

The property is located just 10m from the black sandy beach of Perissa. Thera Incognita is a cubed-shaped complex offering charming studios set amidst a garden with fragrant herbs and flowers.

It is a very nice quiet place, but very close to the beach, restaurants, and mini markets. I would definitely stay there again. Plenty of parking. Don't rent a big car though streets are narrow. Very nice and helpful lady, who cleaned our studio.

The location was great, close to the sea and the main street in Perissa, one of the most popular towns on the island. There were many shops, affordable restaurants and bars within minutes walking distance. The bus stop to the Capital Fira was also very close. At the beginning our host took us in and recommended various activities and explained how things worked on Santorini and in the studio itself (transport, beaches, AC, the Santorini water etc.). The whole stay we felt very welcome and homely, everything was just as we expected or better. The pool area was also great to relax in the sun. Definitely would recommend to anybody wanting to visit Santorini!

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was spacious and simply decorated with a clean, minimalist design that carried a charming Greek vibe. It was spotless and cleaned daily. The hotel reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A young man at the front desk stood out - his passion for his work was clear. He gave every guest his full attention, making everyone feel genuinely welcome. Every hotel would benefit from having such a dedicated team; it’s the kind of service that makes you want to return again and again. We had three meals included at the restaurant connected to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Over our 6-night stay, we had 12 meals there for lunch and dinner. The food was always fresh, tasty, and served in very generous portions - so much so that sometimes we didn’t order full meals because it was more than enough. There were a lot to choose from - starters, salads, mains (fish, meat, pasta and Greek dishes). The restaurant staff were friendly, laid-back, and had a great sense of humour. They made us feel welcome every time we walked in, always giving guests their full attention and Greek hospitality. Two swimming pools and beach nearby, beach chairs at the extra charge (15 euros) but worth it. We would definitely have the same holiday package again.

Recently renovated (2022). Large rooms with everything in. Polite and friendly service. Private parking. Very close to the sea, the sound of the waves was reaching us. Quite place. I believe cheap for what it offers. A fine place to stay.
