The location is perfect for exploring Ithaka, very close to Vathi and the main road yet away from the noise. It is overlooking a beatiful small beach and the view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. You won't get tired of it. There is everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and cleaned every day. There is enough parking space in the yard. There are even some sunbeds on the beach for the guests of Forkis. We really wished we could stay longer.

Everything was perfect during our stay. 1 Our suite had all the necessary amenities. P 2 The appartment is built on a cliff. From the windows and the yard we could see the gulf and the surrounding mountains. The view is amazing! 3 There is a path which leads to the sea. From there we could dive into the blue water. 4 The host is very kind, discreet and willing to help us in any possible way. If our road lead us again to Ithaca, this apartment is a must. 10 out of 10

Great location, great communication with the host, clean, comfortable, good facilities, everything worked. Had use of the garage for parking. Great outdoor spaces overlooking the water. Location was 1 street back from the main road, so little noise. Walking distance to town. Lots of restaurant and bar choices. Vathy is a good town to use as a base for exploring. Thanks Nektarios - you were a pleasure to deal with.

The welcome we received was extraordinary! The property is a great character and very helpful. I went with my 2 year old and it was very comforting to have such a welcome! The location is perfect and you can walk to the center in a few minutes. The view is great too!

Aprilis appartments is a place one feels immedeately comfortable. A bright bedroom with a small balcony with stunning views. A well equipped kitchenette and a wonderful host. Studio Fetsi was a fantastic place to stay in the loveliest village in Ithaki. Kiki and Eri made us feel at home and shared the most wonderful local tips to make our stay in Kioni a memorable one! We luckily had the chance to meet them in Agios Nikitas in Lefkas before our time Ithaki and they were kind enough to invite us over for a hello and a chat :) As for Studio Fetsi, the interior and exterior are even more impressive than the photos and we would not hesitate to stay here again. The history and their love of the property is palpable. We highly recommend it for a cozy and authentic visit to one of the most beautiful spots in the Ionian islands!
