It's hard to find fault with this hotel. They made us feel like a million dollars. From the beautiful architectural and interior design throughout the hotel, everything spotlessly clean, top class service from the moment you drive to the entrance to the moment you leave, amazing choice and quality of breakfast and dinner buffet items. Lots of thoughtful extras free of charge - beach bag, flip flops, constant bottles of water in your room, afternoon refreshments drink at the sunbeds. Prices of drinks and lunches in the bars was very reasonable. Management were visible throughout our stay, making sure everything ran like clockwork and everywhere scrupiously clean. There is so much space and private areas around the hotel and grounds that it never felt busy. Beach boys did a great job managing beds. This is a top class hotel.

Renovated in May 2015, Park Plaza Arena Pula is surrounded by a fragrant pine forest just 50 metres from the Adriatic coast.

Everything was fantastic. Everybody was kind .The Main Cook and also twice the female main Cook made me every day a special meal because of my Allergie. They were extremely helpful. The buffet was very good.Breafast and half Pension.Also the Woman at the reception and the whole Staff were so nice. Because I found the room for 7 nights too small I could upgrade to a bigger one. Also the Spa Staff is fantastic. They were extremely professional. It was our first time there. we will come back.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with a balcony overlooking the bay. The staff are both friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout our stay. We found the breakfast to be varied and delicious, catering for different tastes. The cleanliness of both the bathroom and the room was commendable. The hotel's proximity to the beautiful beach also adds to its appeal. We certainly look forward to returning here in the future.
