Loved the place so much! Stood 3 nights here and we enjoyed them to the max. Very friendly stuff, helpful. Rooms were cleaned / tided every day, when we left the room. As it was in October, out of season, we found the place quiet. Decent breakfast, also. They have a restaurant on the first floor, but we couldn’t try it out. Wellness facilities were great too, very nice arranged, with lots of good taste. We loved the small details from the entry and the restaurant. Beds were nice and pillows comfortable, too. Overall a great value for the money, so 5/5 from us! Keep up the great job, and thank you for having us!

The restaurant was excellent! Good food, pleasant atmosphere and professional service. The host was competent and polite. The view from the room was so nice. You can spend hours just sitting at the balcony or at the pool at the top floor.

I found a lot of wonderful things that I have never seen in any other hotel in my life. It's like i was renting the apartment from my close friend or lovely family. Best hospitality. Freehanded. Kindness. Friendly. Full trust. No deposit requirement. Fully luxury. No additional costs. Free parking, Bottle of champagne as a Welcome drink. Easy check in/out. 2 TV's. 2 Toilet's. Everything was great, Danjela was lovely and very helpful. The communication was very easy. Location of this apartment is perfect, the beach is right across the street and the nearest supermarket is 3min away. Quiet private terrace is a huge plus. We stayed for one week and would appreciate little cleaning, toilet paper refill and tea towel change after a few days, as the place got a bit messy, but it wasn't a big deal. I think that if we contacted Danjela with this request, she would definitely help us :) Towels were not a problem as there were enough for everyone (app. 3 per person). We hope to return next year!

I highly recommend this property. The owner is very helpful and communicative. Beautifully furnished apartment. Beautiful view from the balcony. Everything you need is inside. Zadar is a very beautiful and most importantly safe city. I can go back there every year.

The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. It has a great pool, with warm and crystal clear water. The Kolovare beach is nearby, 5 minutes of walking. 10-15 minutes of walking to the old town. Mister Mislav is the best host we have met so far. I strongly recommend. We are definetly coming back.
