Location, check-in process, view and welcoming gifts. A fully equipped kitchen and a TV with all possible online services (Netflix, HBOax etc.) WiFi/Internet is the best so far I have ever used. For us personally Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioner and a stove was a very nice surprise.
