Everything was excellent. The staff really took care of us, especially when my friend got sick. It's a beautiful accommodation. They also share Biu Biu infinity pool, spa (sea view on a cliff) and restaurant which is a bonus. I definitely recommend this place if you don't mind spending a little more on the accommodation.

Everything was absolutely fantastic! I loved my stay here, and I wish we could stay longer (we only had 1 night). Milo's home is the type of place where you immediately feel welcomed and relaxed. The staff is helpful, kind, smiley and, at least at the reception, speaking pretty good English. The pool area and the bar/restaurant are just the right size to be intimate while allowing all guests to have privacy. I recommend trying one of their cocktails while chilling by the pool and then your holiday vibe is complete :) The bungalow where we stayed was spacious, extremely clean, with comfortable bed and linen and a big bathroom. I loved the bamboo architecture, the lamps and the other little details that contribute to a relaxed, cozy atmosphere also inside your room. Personally I found the location perfect, close to everything (15 mins drive from Jimbaran and around 10 from Uluwatu) but still in a quiet area, with some small warungs scattered around and a few beautiful beaches. You need a motorbike or a car though, so this should be taken into account unless you want to spend the whole time in the hotel (which is also a great option! :) )

PARADISE! We couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, all travel stress melted away as we checked in peacefully. Right from the first second, we were showered with warmth and attention, but in a non-intrusive way. The hotel is surrounded by lush plants and vibrant flowers, exactly as you’d imagine. The pool area is very well maintained, the loungers are top-notch, and the attentive staff here are always ready to help. You can even share a joke or have a conversation with them; they’re fascinating personalities with diverse backgrounds and life experiences. Chef Adi – the man responsible for every culinary delight. From breakfast to the lunch menu at Puri Bar, and the traditional Balinese dinner at Neyalan Restaurant on the beach, each meal was a joy. Mr. Charles Kneipp, the hotel director, has truly assembled an exceptional team. Every person contributed to our experience, making us look forward to seeing them every day. It’s pure joy to relax here and simply enjoy it all. We received so much more than we expected. This farewell will surely lead to a reunion! Thank you for everything. Thanks to everyone! The property is pertty much brand new. It is stunning and the attention to detail is remarkable from the design of the resort, rooms, food and most notably the staff! Even though we had torrential rain for almost half of our stay, it was an experience second to none as we got to hang out at the resort for almost our entire stay experiencing all the dining options, the secret cave, spa facilities, beach, pool and the villa itself. The secret cave dinner was a special honeymoon dinner and the chef helped create a menu for my wife weeks before our arrival. There was a slight mess up in the booking for the spa for one of us and they rectified this by giving us complimentary couples massage as an additional honeymoon gift. The entire Raffles team was fantastic and our butler Wintara was exceptional throughout the stay and we loved the gestures every night before bed with laying out ginger tea and different deserts for us, and a big thank you for the wine from the raffles reserve as a gift!
