The owner is so kind and helpful. They kept my luggages 1 day before my booking. They arranged extra light as the normal led bulb was very dim.

The view is way better than the photos. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Nothing was a problem for them. Lovely manager too. Definitely stay again

The staff were super friendly and helpful! They were responsive and attentive to your needs. Clean, spacious, pretty accommodation with a nice pool. It was super near our dive shop (two fish divers) so it was great!

Location and privacy of the property is unbeatable. Brand new rooms kept immaculately clean, right next to the beach. Wonderfully attentive owner able to help us with all aspects of our stay and travel.

Swan Beach Inn is a small, local, family-run, cozy hotel. Our room was very nice and clean, with a spacious bathroom and window overlooking the beach. The location at the beachfront is amazing (literally with the beach as the backyard). Breakfast is served on the terrace in front of your room, so you can admire the sunrise and the boats (known as "jukungs") coming back from the night fishing. Mornings spent there watching the sunrise will be our fondest memories from Nusa Penida. On top of that, the owners helped us in an emergency situation caused by our carelessness, and it was absolutely selfless help. We have never met such helpful and kind hosts before. Words cannot express our gratitude. They arranged all the logistics for us and did not allow us to express our gratitude in any way. In short, you will be in good hands no matter what you need or whatever happens during your stay <3

My Experience of Entering Paradise..... Our stay at the hotel for three days was like entering paradise. The complete tranquility, the beauty of nature, and sleeping to the sound of the enchanting sea waves made every moment feel like a dream. It was an incomparable experience, where we enjoyed every moment in this place, which is one of the most beautiful we’ve ever visited. As for Novi, meeting her was one of the highlights of this trip. Her service exceeded all expectations—excellent, exceptional, and detailed in every aspect. She was always present with full energy, committed to providing the best experience with the highest level of professionalism. Every step and detail was meticulously thought out. Simply put, Novi is the living embodiment of kindness, professionalism, and unlimited cooperation, making everything run smoothly, and played a significant role in making our stay unforgettable. As for Bayu, he was a true example of nobility and generosity. One evening, when we wanted to go to the restaurant and didn’t know how to drive the scooter, Bayu offered to take us on his personal scooter for free. He didn’t stop there—he gave us his number and said, “Once you’re done, send me a message and I’ll come back to pick you up.” This noble gesture deeply touched us and showed us the true meaning of generosity. Our stay was legendary and beautiful beyond description thanks to the amazing hotel, Novi, and Bayu. I wouldn’t be exaggerating if I said that Novi and Bayu were a school in the art of hotel service and hospitality. I hope that all those who work in hotels learn from Novi and Bayu, and take lessons in how to provide exceptional service that makes guests feel they’ve had an extraordinary experience that will stay in their memory for a lifetime.
