Shankar is a really nice man. He told us so many interesting things about Malvan and India in general. we felt right at home. the best thing was that he understood us, foreign as we are as Europeans, and he offered us European style food. a relief after all the masala!

The location is impeccable, maybe the best in India? A minute or two by auto from the town of Malvan, right on the exquisite Chivla beech, the quietest and best of the beeches around Malvan. But if you are looking for something simple and relaxing, you will not find better at this price. The house is well maintained, the staff is consistently on their tows, and the food is simple but excellent. Tell your friends.
