The apartment is very close to the sea just a 3 to 5-minute walk. Shops, cafes, and everything you might need are nearby. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and any questions we had were resolved quickly. One of the biggest highlights of the apartment is the lovely outdoor terrace! The only things we missed were a large knife for cutting fruits and vegetables, and an iron for clothes. Otherwise, everything was great!

Luigi met us at the agreed time from 20:00 to 22:00 (the reservation time was 15:00-17:00), showed us and told us about the apartment, he was very kind and polite. There was chilled wine in the refrigerator, chips on the table. The apartment is comfortable with 2 separated rooms, everything corresponded to the photos on the website. The kitchen is equipped, there is a coffee machine and coffee. The apartment has free parking, the place is convenient for visiting Rome by car (we parked in the free parking Campoleone, about 30 km, then by train to Roma Termini 25 minutes). Luigi was always in touch via Whatsup and solved problems. Everything is great, thank you Luigi!

It’s was an amazing relaxing place after busy Rome. Super combo for holidays with kids. Very clean beach house, clean sheets, clean towels— always important. Big enough for family of 4 but easily can take 2 more people. We could cook - I like this opportunity on holidays to not eat just in restaurants. You feel love of this accommodation in every detail — starting with the shared story how it begon and ending with every touch in decoration … we were very happy to stay there, to make long walks on the beach, to make yoga practices on the terrace, to share food and our thoughts… for me definitely great value between quality and price. I travel a lot, alone and with my family and I don’t leave reviews much - just when it was really something … by the way we could enjoy early check in and late check out — really appreciate it ❤️ thank you so much
