Lovely position overlooking the sea and with direct access to the beach. Friendly and helpful host. Very comfortable apartment. Street parking close by. Small problem with the hot water which Jacopo sorted immediately and then it was fine. Excellent breakfast. Nice trattoria nearby for dinner.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this B&B. The location is perfect – right on the seafront. The rooms are new, modern, and beautifully designed, making you feel comfortable right away. The Italian breakfast exceeded our expectations: in addition to the typical sweet choices, there was fresh fruit, yogurt, croissants, and a variety of spreads. Everything was fresh and thoughtfully prepared. We can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and would be happy to come back anytime.

The apartment is wonderful and located right on the beach—you have only the sea in front of you. It looks exactly like the photos. Very clean and tidy, the kitchen has everything you need. The two bathrooms are a big plus. Since the balcony has an incredible view of the sea, we spent our evenings there. Giuliana is an extremely responsive host. We kept in touch with her even before the trip. During our stay, she gave us valuable advice about the surrounding area - beaches, places to eat, etc. We even had beach chairs and an umbrella at our disposal. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quieter place away from the tourist crowds, but still close to the resort towns if you want more excitement.

Very friendly and helpful staff, with Sergio – always kind and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed the quiet and calm that the place offers. The palace and room are absolutely stunning, carefully decorated, and beautifully designer-built. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. Parking is perfect, right in front of the palace. It's the perfect place to stay with only a short drive from the seaside.
