Fantastic view & carefully decorated with an individual creative flair. One in a million property such a find. We would definitely stay again. We felt looked after. Also the owners organised Lauri a personal driver for us. He was absolutely fabulous, inexpensive & always reliable making our stay a truly memorable one. We also used the ferries but the queues can be long so Lauri came in very handy not only for short rides to & from the terminals but also for longer trips around the lake. He drove us on from Menaggio to Bergano stopping for lunch at Belano for a reasonable fee.

Casa Olea is an amazing option if you are visiting Lake Como - 10 min by car from Menaggio, it was the perfect base to visit the area without staying inside the confusion of the small famous villages. The hotel itself is spetacular, the refurbishment was done very tastefully and the whole hotel is beautiful. The room was very comfortable and had an amazing view to the lake. The shower was for sure one of the best showers I have ever used in my life, and the amenities by Comfort Zone provided a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent and everyone working there was very nice and welcoming. If you are visiting this area, book this place!

A quiet place in a quiet town. Very close to the station, and no, you can't hear trains or the road. Located on a ground floor with a private entry, no staircases. A feeling you've got to an italian home and it's all for you. And of course, a very careful hostess. Thank you!

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was huge and beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and very comfortable. it has stunning views over the lake.

The Meridiana is a small family-run hotel offering direct access to Lake Como from its garden, and 2 terraces. Rooms are compact and cosy.

Great location on the shore of the lake. Easy to get to from the train station. Felt like we were on a cruise as our room opened to a balcony on the water. Very helpful staff. Lovely restaurant on site with range of regional dishes and picturesque views. One of the nicest places we have stayed in Italy.
