I did like everything about the hotel. Location is perfect, all the staff very helpful and kind. Breakfast is delicious, so many varieties. Room was very spacious and very clean. It was a magnificent view from the balcony. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. If I go back to Rimini I will stay here again.

Everything was fantastic - our host Giancarlo welcomed us really warmly, the apartment was impeccably clean, the rooms were spacious, the area is very quiet. And on top we got full fridge when we arrived - this was something we never experienced so far. It was really a pity we stayed for 1 night only so when we come back to Rimini we for sure book the same accommodation.

a great experience! the house is very small and minimal, but very well organized, there was nothing missing, and the location - being literaly on the water with places to relax on the roof and in the front - is amazing and was worth any inconvinience.
