We had a wonderful stay in this lovely guesthouse, and the location was simply perfect—you can’t get any closer to the beach. The terrace is stunning, offering a breathtaking view that's perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The shared kitchen and living area were well-equipped and also offered a beautiful view, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where guests could feel at home. We want to express our heartfelt thanks to Signora Maria, who not only kept everything spotless with daily cleaning but also showed incredible kindness and support during a medical emergency. Grazie di cuore! A special thanks as well to Massimo, who was always available and helpful whenever we needed anything.

We can't say enough about La Veduta, Antonio, and his mom. The view is amazing, and the B&B is literally right on the water. Antonio is the most gracious and attentative host we met during our one month / 8 locations vacation in Italy. From meeting us at the train station, making the best coffee we had in Italy, keeping us company while we ate the delicious breakfast his mom made, making dinner reservations, to driving us to the ferry, among other things. We loved our time at La Veduta and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

The sceenery from the balcony was unbelievable and there was plenty of room and everything we needed. We lost our hearts to this place. Perfect and romantic place with peaceful surroundings.

Scilla is very sweet cosy town and you could either drive around Calabria or go by train ( 2 min from the property) and travel to near villages and towns. Reggio Calabria was also amazing. The hosts were very very helpful and super nice - thank you, Magdalena and Pino! Very cute little house, just a couple of meters to the beach, cool restaurants and what not. Very very happy!

This place is amazing. Is really pretty, super clean, towels are great, and pillows too, beds are super comfortable, bathroom is really nice too and big as well as the dorm. You have a lot of space. We had the dorm with a view and was amazing! But it’s not just that. This place is beautiful because of the people there. They are extremely warm and nice people. They received us very well and made our stayed so pleasant. We had to do the check out very early cause our train was leaving at 6:00 am and when I ask the people how to leave they were worried about our breakfast. And they prepare a breakfast for us to leave and gave us the day before.🥹❤️ they gave us like 5 croissants and 2 juice’s for free. Honestly I have never experience sth like that. That the people who worked there really cares about you. Location is great. Literally in the middle of the city, lots of places to eat and train station 5 min walk. Also they have a gelato place downstairs and I won’t lie saying that I had the best ice cream ever! We were so glad to have stayed here! Thank you for being so kind and really care about your guests❤️ I hope I can comeback one day and I definitely stay here. Cheers from Paraguay

Genuine. The building is a living monument of regional architecture that has been tastefully preserved. The breakfast is world class. The staff is helpfull with anything from daily service to information about local traditions or what currents to avoid when snorkeling. After traveling many corners of the world I find this hotell at a very short list of real gems. The location is perfect at the intersection between the old fishing village, the ocean walkway and the beach. The stairs up to the local castle is next to the hotell. One of the best spots for mediterainian snorkeling is a litteral stones throw from the door. I could go on but U really should experience this by your self. We are now on our third day in beautiful Scicily and still the kids keep wanting to go back to Scilla. My only question is how this hotell can cost so little?

U' Bais in Scilla is named after a nickname that goes back to the 18th century and was given to the owner's ancestor. The hotel offers friendly service and free internet.
