The location is great, very close to Punta Sabbioni, where you can catch a ferry to nearby islands (Burano etc) and Venice is also only 35min ferry ride away. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean with AC. The staff was also very nice, especially Rita - she was so kind, you dont find a receptionist so genuinly kind many times. We liked eating breakfast on the terrace. Will come back again!

Elegant and comfortable apartment right next to Hotel Excelsior with access to its beautiful sandy private beach, which is ideal for children. The apartment had everything you need for self-catering for a family of four, and the little private terrace in front with sun awning was great for relaxing. The host was very friendly and explained everything well. We will definitely come back soon.

The breakfast was very good, the room was very confortable and had what we needed (we just needed a place to rest and spend the night, no luxuries). Bathroom was good. We stayed there in the winter, so we could not enjoy the beach. In the summer, the location must be perfect, because it is right in from of the beach. They stored our baggage before the check in and after the check out, which was amazing.
