The location is great, very close to Punta Sabbioni, where you can catch a ferry to nearby islands (Burano etc) and Venice is also only 35min ferry ride away. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean with AC. The staff was also very nice, especially Rita - she was so kind, you dont find a receptionist so genuinly kind many times. We liked eating breakfast on the terrace. Will come back again!

Lovely villa on the lido - perfect for our visit to the biennale. Staff are friendly, breakfast was nice in the beautiful garden, and there is a fantastic trattoria on the same road for dinner. We will be back!

The personnel were super friendly, answered all our questions and allowed me to store my wife's electric bicycle safe inside the hotel during the night. Apart from all the other great food, I absolutely loved the lemon pie for breakfast.

It is organized perfectly for peace with the family and pets. We took our cat with us. The bungalow was clean and furnished with all necessities. Surrounded by well maintained garden and lots of trees. Path to the beach is 5 min through the woods. They also have their own groceries shop perfect. Peace and quiet all around not a chaos like in big camping places. The family is lovely very helpful. I will return.

Elegant and comfortable apartment right next to Hotel Excelsior with access to its beautiful sandy private beach, which is ideal for children. The apartment had everything you need for self-catering for a family of four, and the little private terrace in front with sun awning was great for relaxing. The host was very friendly and explained everything well. We will definitely come back soon.

Beautiful location in a small village. Perfect for exploring Venice and the Biennale and coming back to a quiet home base with access to the beautiful beaches on Lido. Excellent public transport nearby, we only took the bus during our stay.

Next to beach. Very lovely lady at reception. Nice breakfast at terace that has a beach view. Very spacious rooms, lobby. View from the room in fourth floor against San Marco campanile and on the other site to the Lido free beach. Bike rental. Close to interesting small airport.

Beautiful old hotel managed by family, staff was always very friendly and happy to help. Very nice room with a view, gorgeous terrace and very easy access to to the beach, centre of Lido and vaporetto station.

Surrounded by peaceful gardens, Villa Mabapa is an Art-Nouveau building with a quiet location on Venice-Lido. It is 700 metres from the Lido San Nicolò water-bus stop for Venice's historic centre.

The hotel was very nice, in a calm place, clean and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and breakfast was very good. I liked the hotel very much, will stay there again for sure.
