Everything was exceptional. The hotel is wonderfully situated on the lake border, we had a room with balcony and could admire the lake landscape and the sunset perfectly. The balcony is in fact a small terrace but large for a balcony exposed to the sun and very pleasant to lie in the sun on and have your juice. There is a small refrigerator in the room. the hotel has a bar which we did not have time to use, the breakfast was rich and savoury. The bus stops to and from Verona are 100 metres away, we bought a day ticket online and used the bus to visit the city. We would have stayed one or several more days but it was still cold for walks and did not really have time but will surely come back.

What can I say. Superb does not even come close. Anja's communication and assistance to make our stay even more special. The rooms are brand new, comfortable and also look beautiful. The roof terrace was a bonus and we had a lovely Prosecco there - "on the house". The location in town is perfect, central but not noisy. Breakfast was excellent too.

The location is truly one of the best in Bardolino, offering a stunning view directly over the lake. From the minute we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The mobile home was vey very clean. The animation program for the kids is great. The location is amazing. There is a supermarket onside. You are given a voucher(card) for sparkling or still water. First 10l are free thereafter 20 cents per liter. Our kids loved to go and fill up our water bottles. Very nice concept to keep the lake plastic free since Italy doesn't have "Pfandflaschen" like Germany does.

I enjoyed my stay there, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the a/c worked perfectly. The staff was very polite, thanks a lot to the nightguad that helped us take in the accomodation after midnight. I wish the weather had been warm to have used all the facilities there: the beach and the pool. I hope to come again and visit these place.
