I loved everything. The view was AMAZING...the town house is well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. Mr Brown was so good, giving us suggestions on where to eat etc. The beach on the complex is amazing and quiet. I will definitely recommend this place.

Three years ago, before the pandemic, we spent 12 nights here at Roots and absolutely fell in love. We are now returning for another 10 nights. Roots is located on a wonderful beach, surrounded by beautiful green plants and the fantastic colors of the sea. The rooms are clean, the beach and garden are well-kept, and the staff is helpful and friendly. The whole Roots is family friendly and lovely, we love being here, we love the Jamaicans here. There is always music here 🙂 They organize great concerts in the evenings and do everything to make you feel good. The chef makes great food and is always friendly. Thanks for being here again! We will definitely be back! 5*+5*🤗

    Beautiful resort, gorgeous pool, nice beach, lots of restaurants options and fun amenities. Entertainment was good. Staff were generally friendly, but sometimes service was slow. Food quality is decent, but variety can be improved.

    All of the staff we encountered were friendly, kind and always helpful. Good food selections between the restaurants. We especially enjoyed the jerk chicken shack. The beach area was wonderful.

    It was ok but not what satisfied because after did my booking online and arrived to the front desk just for a room closer to the beach is more than what I expected after spending $1450.00 on a room closer to the gardener.

    Overall vacation was great. Fun New Years party. Always an easy place to find a drink or food whenever you wanted. Teppanyaki worth doing even if you can only get in at lunch time - go hungry! Snorkelling was awesome. Lots of staff that were happy to chat with us and remembered us through the week. Make sure to spend some time on the beaches and not just by the pool!
