Thank you, thank you, thank you. A magical place, a wonderful hotel. We would like to thank everyone — both the administration and the service staff. I won’t go into details because everything was perfect from arrival to departure. P.S. After JATI hotel we arrived at Koh Rong Island, at the Golden Beach Resort, and compared to JATI it was like night and day 😢 I highly, highly recommend JATI hotel to everyone!!! We will definitely return to this hotel, and more than once!

The staff was really nice and helpfull. WiFi worked really good. The pool area was great. It was tidy and the water on the pool was just perfect. The beach is near and the beach was clean and nice. Breakfast was really good and there was a lot of different food. Restaurant had good food. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Our stay was just perfect and I can't understand all the complaintments that people had wrote. Everything was just perfect and we could not wish more from a hotel.

The staff were so kind and helpful (and fluent in English) - especially when we had to leave early for a family emergency. We asked the hotel to make bookings for e.g. chartering a boat for snorkelling, and providing a picnic and taxi transfers, and the cost was not significantly higher than arranging direct - but so much easier. And the breakfasts were amazing! And the beach, so close and so beautiful, and safe!

Location was great, cross the street from the beach. The restaurant was excellent and the staff was helpful.

Great hotel, great location. Special thanks to the receptionist Jenny for help and attentive attitude. She is the best hotel employee I have ever seen! It is noticeable that the hotel does not have enough funds for current repairs, but this is not the fault of hotel, all because Sihanoukville has turned into a Chinatown. Jenny even arranged for us to have a free car with a driver to drive around the city. It was a great time.
