United KingdomThe Hamilton Villas are located on the sort of Caribbean beach that you dream of: long sandy beaches, fringed by palms, with a perfectly blue Caribbean sea and hardly anyone else there. And you just walk out of your villa and there it all is. Our two bed partial sea view unit was nicely decorated and serviced very thoroughly everyday by enthusiastic and very friendly cleaning team. Charlestown is a fifteen minute drives away for shopping and other facilities. Indian Summer, one of the best Nevis restaurants (if not the world!) is a 5 minute walk away and you can fill water bottles at the source of the Nelson Spring nearby.

United KingdomPeople are amazingly friendly, a very clean and well kept resort with excellent facilities. Comfy beds, tidy service every other day. Plenty of sunloungers, beach had sargassum but was cleaned up and sea was fine for swimming.
Reasonable food costs around the pool, fab ice cream.
Non smoking only in very limited designated areas.
Close to shops and very well stocked pharmacy accross the road

UkraineDespite the fact that my request to put me into the room with a kitchen was declined in the e-mail, I HAVE GOT A ROOM WITH THE KITCHEN, OCEAN VIEW (a booked garden view) without extra charge! Very nice staff that understands what client service means! Location for those who like swimming in the sea - very nice beach with 2 minute walk access. Comfortable bed. Good daily house keeping.

The property is not far from areas I visited which was great. The room exceeded my expectations. I traveled with my baby so the room was superb. Will definitely stay again.

It makes it one of the few choices on Nevis Island for beach vacations. The rooms are in duplex or quadplex buildings giving a lot of space between quests and makes for a peaceful stay. The beach access and the separation of the guest rooms/buildings makes the property quite unique and is part of its charm.
