We had a great stay! The rooms are spacious, elegant, and clean, with everything just right. The balcony was a good size and perfectly equipped, making it a great spot to relax. We had requested rooms next to each other, and the hotel team kindly arranged it. The location is truly special, one side of the hotel offers a stunning lake view, and you can walk all the way through the property to reach the beautiful beach on the other side. The pools are lovely, and the pool bar is cool. The team there is friendly, attentive, and they even remembered our previous orders, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. The buffet for both breakfast and dinner were excellent, offering a wide variety of tasty dishes with something for everyone. The setting, overlooking the lake, made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The selection covers most cuisines, so there's always something new and delicious to try. Overall, this hotel stands out for its thoughtful service, beautiful setting, and exceptional amenities. We would gladly return and highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved this hotel. Out of all the hotels we stayed in for a month in Sri Lanka we liked this one and one other hotel the best. We got the room at a reduced rate online and the value for money was exceptional. The property has small number of rooms yet has so much space and so many sitting areas. The gardens and decor are really nice. The pool was really nice and clean. The beach area is really nice to walk and clean, really great beach for walking and just ten minutes walk on beach to main area. The rooms are really nice, very large, very clean, great bed and linen and areas to sit and big balcony with very comfortable seating. The bathroom is large and good. The bathroom is a bit open but they put mosquito prevention items etc and there weren’t any mosquitoes as they fumigate but would be easier if they just put flyscreen in bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. The property feels very luxurious and intimate. The dinner menu was limited with western food only that was very formal and no snacks etc. It is understandable to have limited menu because at the time we stayed there were only three groups of guests. However there are many eating options in Bentota so there was no problem at all, the place across the road was cheap and cheerful and Nova Seafood was really, really good.

Stayed here as soon as we arrived in Sri Lanka, the hosts are such wonderful people, we felt apart of the family. Incredible breakfast, room was very clean and comfortable. Short walk to beach (just across road). Host helped us organise some trips and even took us in his Tuk tuk, one of the best stays of our trip, very hospitable and friendly, would definitely recommend

After 13 (budget) accommodations in Sri Lanka, this was definitely the best value for our money. Large and very clean room, very kind hosts, nicely located between the beach and the main road and a well-working shower with hot water.

Featuring air conditioning, Sri Villas, a beach front property is located in Induruwa, 29 km from Hikkaduwa. Bentota is 4.2 km away. Free private parking is available on site.

Everything was perfect! The property was spotlessly clean and the food was amazing. Amazing pool and located right on an awesome beach. We almost had the beach to ourselves. The staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. We chose the bed and breakfast option which was great and we loved the idea that we were able to choose a different breakfast each morning from the menu which wasn't a buffet. We ate at the property every night but one. The seafood platter with lobster was incredible! Everything was very well priced. Would totally recommend a visit.

There are no words to describe the hospitality and kindness, we were welcomed like part of the family. We felt like Chami Villa was second home, it was our first accomodation in Sri Lanka and we miss it already. As I told you, I would give you a 100, but I can only give you a 10. The property is beautiful, rooms are large, very clean with good air-conditioning. Breakfast was abundant and so tastefull. We were 4, 2 adults and 2 children and the triple room had more than enough space for us, the big bed was large enough for 3 to sleep in. When my daughter fell and got wound on her legs, he brought us a cream to help heel it. When we went to the beach, they made sure we had everything we needed. Last but not least, Maya the dog was so charming and our children did not want to leave Chami the last they because of her and they keep mentioning her all the time.

It really felt like going back in time; beautifully decorated by Geoffrey Bawa giving the typical tropical movement vibe. Very tranquil place, the garden is stunning, breakfast delicious and you have the luxury of the swimming pool and just a 5 minute walk away also the quiet beach. The train running through the garden only every once in a while makes it extra special. The noise never bothered me while I am a light sleeper (as of midnight until +/- 05:00 the train doesn't pas by anymore anyway). There are many guests who have been coming back for years. That already says enough. The staff is incredibly friendly. Absolutely loved it here, thank you for this special experience and truly hope to come back in the future!
