The property is spread out with fabulous landscaping using natural greenery. It’s got a lot of traditional Sri Lankan artefacts giving the local flavours. Rooms are large with perfect layout, great linens and comfortable beds/ chairs / couches. Restaurants serve wonderful food with many cuisines, their Italian restaurant is a must visit. Breakfast spread is excellent. The Chefs, staff at restaurants, rooms service staff and reception staff were amazing, welcoming and very hospitable. Most all, Geoffrey Bawas gallery is a must see!

It is a beautiful, calm, quiet and comfortable place. The owners are very hospitable. There is a kitchen for cooking and you can also order food from the owners. Wifi was great. Amazing sunsets every day

In few words - Exceptionally great in everything. The meal was plenty, with really good variety and delicious. Moreover, despite the bad weather, the staff cleaned the pool regularly. The service of the pool was great, friendly and offering everything whatever and whenever needed. Especially Mr. NISHANTA and Mr. CHANDIMA LAKMAL. Mr. SURANGA cleaned our room every day in a very nice way and every day pleased us with beautiful and romantic bedding designs. All the staff in the hotel was very kind and helpful.

The guest house is located a few minutes away from the train station of Kalutara South (take a Tuktuk for 250 Lkr) or even closer to the bus (10 min walking distance). The view on the ocean from the room is fantastic, the balcony is equipped with chair so you can enjoy the view. The room is wide and confortable with a double bed and 1 table, fridge, kettle. Shops are 10 min walk from the property. Wifi is working perfectly. And there is hot water for showers. The personnel is very friendly, welcoming and helpful and can answer all your questions. I stayed there for 2 nights and went to Bentota river boat trip of 2h using the bus (30 min trip with the bus)

We stayed as a family of four in this beautiful and comfortable villa right by the beach. We had a wonderful stay delighted by the kind and helpful staff at Lohas Beach Villa. The landscape was gorgeous with lucious green trees and planrs and with comfortable different lounge areas. The bedrooms were big and clean, there was AC in every room. The bathrooms were fresh and there was strong water pressure. Every morning delicious breakfast with omelettes, bread, jam and fresh fruit was served outside. The owner Sisira was incredibly attentive and made sure that all our wishes were met. He arranged transports anywhere, planned different exercursions, and planned meals according to our wishes without any hassles. We recommend Lohas Beach villa for an amazing vacation in Sri Lanka. We would love to come back in the future!

Has 2 separate pools. Large one is mostly for kids and thats awesome. Dinner and lunch buffet are great. Favourite ones are scrambled egg, omlett, crab curry and deviled beef curry. Rooms are comfortable and clean.
