The rooms even offered lovely lake and garden views, adding a refreshing touch to a brief stay. The rooftop terrace is a notable feature, thoughtfully transformed by the owners into a tranquil space, offering a serene environment to relax, enjoy the gentle breeze from the lake, and spend quality time with family and friends. Conveniently located just minutes from Bandaranaike International Airport, the property offers easy access for travelers. On-site, secure parking is available with convenient entry and exit, adding an extra layer of convenience. Breakfast is available upon request, and the owners are happy to accommodate special requests. For example, we had a craving for String Hoppers, and they were more than happy to prepare it for us. Overall, the level of service provided by both the staff and the owners exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

You can book this place without any hesitation as: The host will give you a warm welcome and will prepare a good and big breakfast; before your arrival he will be in contact if you need any important information about the country (he can arrange transport from airport to the property, and if you arrive after a long flight, this can be very useful); The location is convenient from Colombo airport; The room is simple, but clean and for the money you'll pay is incredibly good! The bed was very comfortable;)

Loved the peacefulness of the place. It’s really well maintained and clean. Located just in front of the beach You can see a beautiful sunset, have a nice Long Beach walks and have a good rest before or after flight. The workers and the manager were really nice We ordered the breakfast and it was extremely tasty.

Sanjeewa and his wife provided a warm welcome to Sri Lanka . I arranged a lift from the airport with them which is only 10 minutes away . Sri Lankan breakfast in the morning was lovely and always served with a smile . The room was clean ,cool and mosquito free . Sanjeewa was an excellent source of local information and helped me with my ongoing travel itinerary As a sole female traveller I felt safe here The overall experience was warm , friendly , clean , convenient and excellent value for money

Perfect apartment with all needed facilities, toiletries, supplies, etc. We were truly blown away how it was thought about every detail. Clean, comfortable, right in the city center in the building that has rooftop pool and restaurant, gym and spa, and 24/7 reception. Host is amazing and communication was seamless and he was helpful with everything we needed. We definitely recommend this apartment when staying in Negombo - just amazing, 5 stars!

I had a wonderful stay at the villa! The property was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The swimming pool was great – perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was really good, with a nice variety to choose from. The surroundings were peaceful, and the host was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend
