The rooms were neat and well-maintained, fitted with air-conditioning, a desk, and a private bathroom complete with shower and complimentary toiletries. The rooms even offered lovely lake and garden views, adding a refreshing touch to a brief stay. The rooftop terrace is a notable feature, thoughtfully transformed by the owners into a tranquil space, offering a serene environment to relax, enjoy the gentle breeze from the lake, and spend quality time with family and friends. Conveniently located just minutes from Bandaranaike International Airport, the property offers easy access for travelers. On-site, secure parking is available with convenient entry and exit, adding an extra layer of convenience. Breakfast is available upon request, and the owners are happy to accommodate special requests. For example, we had a craving for String Hoppers, and they were more than happy to prepare it for us. Overall, the level of service provided by both the staff and the owners exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We stayed at Mario Family Villa for our first night in Sri Lanka and what a warm welcome we got! Besides the great atmosphere, the accommodation has all you need. The house is very clean, the shower is warm and the airconditioning works perfectly. The kindness of the family is heart warming, they are very helpfull and the breakfast (coffee/tea, fresh fruit, 3 different pancakes) was delicious. If we could, we would defenitely stay here again! Thank you so much!!!

Hosts were so kind and they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your stay. The room was clean and tidy. The mosquito net was really useful. We could sleep windows open only because of the net. The location is perfect if you want to stay away from busy roads and the crowds and yet it’s well connected, just few minutes walk from shops and plenty of restaurants. . They even offered us coffee, refreshments for no extra charges. Lovely family with a lovely property. Definitely recommend.

Perfect apartment with all needed facilities, toiletries, supplies, etc. We were truly blown away how it was thought about every detail. Clean, comfortable, right in the city center in the building that has rooftop pool and restaurant, gym and spa, and 24/7 reception. Host is amazing and communication was seamless and he was helpful with everything we needed. We definitely recommend this apartment when staying in Negombo - just amazing, 5 stars!

I had a wonderful stay at the villa! The property was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The swimming pool was great – perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was really good, with a nice variety to choose from. The surroundings were peaceful, and the host was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend
