This place was the highlight of our trip to Sri Lanka. It can be a bit tricky to find, but once you reach you'll be taken in with the amazing view of the ocean, quirky decor and the hospitality. We stayed in the purple room which was very artistically done. The pool and open kitchen restaurant are great to chill in. Kubra has a beautiful shop out front where you can buy customized clothes and her husband Julien brings so much passion to the food, that you can taste it! He even customizes food per your preferences. Do give them a try, they have made a home away from home and deserve all the love!

Halcyon is totally unique in its location, decor and ambience. It’s truly a slice of heaven. You get chat to other guess which is rare in some hotels. Zander makes you feel like he’s personally invited you. If I could have stayed longer, I would have. Till the next time, I’m definitely booking with you.

What a hidden gem! Jeremy and the team are excellent hosts, attending to every request we had, whether it was transport, excursions, or restaurant bookings. The guesthouse is perfectly situated at a comfortable distance from both Dickwella and Hiriketiya, offering perfect peace and tranquility. There is a wide variety of traditional and modern dining options just a short tuk-tuk ride away. The place is immaculately clean, with the grounds extending to a gorgeous beach that was peacefully quiet (which we loved!). A big shout-out to Roshan and his lovely daughter Nikya, our trusty tour guide, who were brilliant in giving advice and organizing any outings we took. A fantastic stay with some great memories made. Highly recommended!

Hello everyone, as the name of the accommodation indicates, the Hidden Garden is calm and beautiful place. With one shortcut, it is located just 50m from the beach. The hosts are very kind, helpful and make very tasty breakfast. And the Tangalle area is just wonderful - long and lovely beaches with beautiful sunsets.

Large, comfortable rooms with excellent aircon. Beautiful grounds with peacocks and monkeys and shy kittens roaming around. Excellent location less than ten minute walk down to Silent beach and a couple of local restaurants enroute. Would stay again!
