Everything was simply wonderful. The staff were very kind, friendly, and attentive — especially the administrator who welcomed us and was there for us every day. On my wife’s birthday, he gave her a Ganesha icon (which she absolutely loved). He was very thoughtful and attentive to every detail! The atmosphere was cozy, clean, and peaceful, and the breakfasts were delicious with several options to choose from. The administrator constantly checked if everything was fine, if we needed anything, if he should bring something, if everything suited us, or if our room needed cleaning. In short — an amazing employee and a great person! The room itself was completely new, clean, tidy, very large, and spacious.

We have just enjoyed 3 nights at this absolutely wonderful hotel. From start to finish, the service was 5* we were greeted with a Hindu tradition, which was special. Thank you Moheshi (inthinknthis was her name) All members of staff took the time to talk to us and get to know us with genuine interest. Including Emran at reception. The pool attendent was a great man, and we enjoyed talking with him. Special mention to Roshan in the restaurant who really tried to ensure we enjoyed our breakfast and make indian tea the way we like it. ( Breakfast) was honestly a feast on days when there were fewer guests we had a la carte. The hotel itself has wonderful touches. Everything is brand new and so untouched. The towels and linen were immaculate, and everywhere was clean. The gym was well equipped, and the swimming pool was beautiful with a stunning view of the sea. Our room was spacious, we loved the outdoor terrace. The grounds are well kept and constantly maintained. We would love to come back when the sea is calmer to enjoy the beautiful ocean. Thank you for making our stay memorable. ( we considered staying a few more nights, but the rain was relentless)

This is a gem of a place, a trulte excellent stay. If I could have given more than 10, I would! Brenda is a wonderfull host, helpfull, kind, fun, friendly, and she truly cares about you. The food is great, the huts are really charming, clean, well equipped and well airconditioned. There are also a nice common courtyard, furnished with comfy chairs and hammocks and shaded by canopies and plants. The beaches nearby are beautyfull and can be easily reached by foot, taxi or tuktuk. The closest beach is mere minutes away. This one is a shallow natural lagoon. To shallow for swimming, but great for lounging in the Water. It is calm, even when The sea elsewhere is too rough for bathing. It must also be perfect for small kids! Brenda hires people too clean litter off The beaches, when weather permits. (Impossible in windy weather.) There Are a bunch off adorable cats, and two dogs, at The guest House. They are well talen care off and very friendly, and should not be a bother even for people sceptical to beeing around animals. If you love pets, consider them a huge bonus! A can not reccomended this place enough, for a relaxing stay in a calm eviroment. especially reccomended for families. If you are early enough for booking, don’t hesitate! There

We had the best experience here because the owner is absolutely lovely! He is so nice, can arrange everthing for you and he is an amazing cook! Every morning we had the Sri Lankan breakfast because this was so delicious and every evening we also ate at the hotel because we loved the food the owner made for us! Tip: you should ask for the ‘Kothu Roti’, he makes this so good!

The hostess was so kindhearted and went above and beyond for any small request or issue we had. She’s incredibly generous and cooks delicious food - especially the jackfruit from the tree next door! There was AC and a fan and a door to seperate between the two sections of the shared dorm if you want some privacy. It’s only a few minutes from the beach and about 3km to the town which is a nice walk along a road full of very friendly people.

Staff was really nice! They made you feel home and relaxed at all times. Food in their restaurant was also very well made! Even the western food was just nice! Pool was clean and perfect temperature. Garden towards the beach front and beach access is perfect and really beautiful! Well equipped with everything you can wish for. Special thank to the waiter who even made sure we get a breakfast packed for our day trip because we didnt have time for breakfast. If you go to the beach, you start walking left you will see some rocks in the distance. Walk there cross the rocks and on the other side you can snorkle for free, some dead but also lots of live corals and plenty of fish to see 😊

We stayed here with our two young daughters. The apartment felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was fully stocked. The apartment was bright and clean with the added bonus of blackout curtains so that the sunrise didn't wake us up. It was comfortable and close to the beach. The gardens were beautiful and the pool was refreshing. We stayed an extra night because it was so incredible. The host, Rory, has excellent communication skills and he was very kind. There was free wifi and it worked very well.
