I had the most wonderful stay at this family beach villa in Sri Lanka. The view was breathtaking, the breakfast was delicious, and the host made me feel truly at home. Breakfast was good. The manager Chrishmal was very helpful. we reached there late but he quickly organised the room and let us sleep immediately . He even lent his phone charger . thank you The owner dropped us off at the airport free of charge . Our flight was canceled due Heathrow airport closure and came back to the hotel and stayed there another night. The whole experience was great. Convenient location . Colombo Fort railway station is 40 minutes drive and Bandaranayke airport is 20 minute drive . We will use this hotel again and again

Ayana Beach Boutique met my expectation of cleanliness and comfort from the room to the beach. I brought my own food as I have dietary restrictions and also my herbal medicines. The room didn’t have fridge but they let me put my things in their fridge. They brought to my room and reminded me of my medicine so I can take it on time. They also offered a plate and cutlery for my food. They’ve been nice, polite and very helpful in so many ways. The place is quiet and so serene that you can totally relax and disconnect on a budget. Beautiful view of the sunset and the sea, lovely sound of the waves and fresh air…I will definitely go back when I get the chance.

The host's hospitality was wonderful and I felt very relaxed. The breakfast was very delicious with lots of beautiful and delicious fruits and fruit juices. We very much enjoyed our stay in this large and lovely villa. My kids loved the private pool. There were floats and water guns, and the children were very happy. There was a washing machine and they also lent me a rope to dry my clothes, which was very helpful. My kids said they had the most fun staying here.
