It was my best hotel experience ever! This hotel is worth every penny. Rooms and service are just perfect. The view from the rooms to the bay is breathtaking. Breakfast is just WOW. Also, we had dinner in the hotel's restaurant and it was great, the waiter suggested suitable wine for our meals. During cold days in April, we had a great time at the hotel's SPA.

Everything was perfect for us, but the location of this house is superb, you can sit on the lovely terrace, go over for a swim and come back to dry., there are restaurants and cafes within a few feet from the gate. The house is lovely, very comfortable and even better than the photos. everything you need, The host, Renata was very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend.

Vila Perast is situated in Perast, 12 km from Kotor and 34 km from Budva. Podgorica is 97 km from the property. All units are air conditioned and include a flat-screen TV and heating.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Boutique Perast, and I cannot say enough about the incredible hospitality provided by Boran and Adrijana. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home with their warm smiles and welcoming demeanor. Boran was always ready to assist us with any questions we had about the hotel and local attractions. His knowledge and recommendations significantly enhanced our experience. Adrijana, on the other hand, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing dining suggestions, or simply checking in to see how we were doing, her attentiveness was truly remarkable. The teamwork and genuine care they displayed made our stay even more enjoyable. Best location! Big room with AC, right on the beach walk. Free private parking by the house and sunbeds in the garden by the sea. I ended up here because I couldn't find anything in Kotor or Perast, but it turned out Dobrota was the best location out of them all! Many 5 star hotels and luxerious villas are right next to this place, and so are high end beach clubs and romantic restaurants. It was so good I extended my stay by 1 night. The couple who runs the place are really hospitable aswell.
