The property is right on the waterfront with an amazing pool by the sea and deck chairs to sun yourself. The rooms were large and plush, beds comfortable and linen white and clean . Towels were white like new- the bathroom was large and spanking clean not to miss the the toiletries bvlgari! Which was a real treat ! The staff were amazing! Front desk we were greeted by the ever smiling Catrina with her warm welcome we felt right at home- the young men that helped us with our luggage and drove us in the golf buggy were very sweet and friendly, liked to mention Elizabeth at dinner who was delightful and chatty and the very handsome Alexander! I would recommend this hotel 1000% . Location! Staff! Cleanliness! And let me not forget, their food was excellent- great breakfast spread and our dinners were excellent!!

This was the highlight of my trip. A lovely apartment in an old building in a central place, yet having a feel of calm and quiet. The terrace at the back of the building had great sunshine most of the day and felt private, with greenery all around. I loved the view from the bedroom windows on two sides: straight down to the water and the coast road (mostly used by pedestrians) and the boats going back and forth to the island in the Bay. I felt in the middle of things (I love to follow the goings on around me) yet it was calm and private as the building was set back a little bit, with a little open square in front. There was a fully equipped kitchen in the front room (bedroom and living room/kitchen were separate) and the bathroom was down the corridor to the entrance so if you were staying there with others you wouldn't disturb sleepers when using the bathroom. I loved the way the rooms were decorated, especially the bedroom. A very good bed, too. As a caution, I should add that I was alone, the apartment next door with which it shared the terrace was unoccupied, so I don't know what it would be like with neighbours on the other side of the wall, and sharing the terrace (a table and a clothes drying stand for each apartment separately). Also, it was the end of the season so I guess the number of tourists from the cruise boats docking in Kotor was lower than at the height of the season. Having said that, since the cruise boats dock at Kotor, the vibe in Perast gets nice and calm towards the evening. One more thing: there's a lovely place to swim just beyond the museum, a stone's throw from the apartment.

Everything was perfect for us, but the location of this house is superb, you can sit on the lovely terrace, go over for a swim and come back to dry., there are restaurants and cafes within a few feet from the gate. The house is lovely, very comfortable and even better than the photos. everything you need, The host, Renata was very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend.

I am in love with this hotel. We had great view from the room overlooking the Kotor bay. We’ve got big breakfast selection and enjoyed it literally by the water. The property is clean and nice and the personale is very welcoming. Truly dreamy holidays

Great hotel, beautifully done rooms with good facilities and a nice breakfast and good choice of dinner restaurants. The hotel has a dock of you are collected by boat it’s easy to access but by road it can have a lot of traffic and be narrow so be aware of you drive there.

Hostel location is amazing! Right by the old town and a supermarket is around the corner. Hostel was clean and staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable and had curtains so you get a good amount of privacy

firstly the villa is absolutely stunning and has one of the best views in Kotor especially from the patio. window view is perfect and the rooms are incredible, me and my husband felt so at home and welcome. we stayed in many hotels/apartments in Montenegro and this was our favourite by far! couldn’t of asked for a better host we felt so welcome, he accommodated us perfectly. in summer season they also have a pool and lots of space outside which is incredible with the view. It also is within walking distance of everything!
