A deciding factor for many people, apart from the price, is usually luxury, while neglecting the importance of excellence. This place is a textbook definition of excellence at its finest. From the moment you step into the facility with the first handshake, the staff ensures to accommodate your needs and make your stay as pleasant as possible. They are simply amazing. I appreciate every single one of you! Without you, this place wouldn’t be this special. Thank you! Not sure if pointing out specifics and explaining how good everything is would be necessary, but there is one extraordinary thing worth mentioning, the passion fruit sorbet dessert. It is the absolute perfection of flavour balance.

Everything. The friendly & attentive staff, delicious & healthy food choices, the best breakfast & dinner buffet I’ve ever eaten, best gym facilities with welcoming staff, beautiful & relaxing beach set up, amazing spa, clean & spacious hotel room, views, free water sports & boats. I accidentally left a bag at Lux with souvenirs. I contacted them and managed to have my belongings recovered & even delivered across the island. Special thanks to Anwar for personally delivering. I could go on & on. We are repeat guests. Last year we stayed 3 nights, this year we were wiser with experience and booked a full week to fully enjoy & appreciate everything. Thank you!!!

It absolutely cannot get better than this - pure luxury and exceptional services. While the hotel is carefully groomed, with well-designed rooms, top notch amenities, and exquisite food and products - what truly stands out with the One & Only Le Saint Gérant is its people. The staff and management truly go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed, comfortable, respected and frankly spoiled! Surprises, presents and personalized treats were provided at any moment of our stay. To name a few great people: we were thrilled by all the personalized services provided by Prunella and Kiran making sure we got all the right restaurant and activities bookings (up to an extra portion of cannelé in the room!). Ashwin at the gym is absolutely wonderful and extremely professional in his personal fitness coaching services (even in the case of injury recovery!). Vinod at La Pointe makes the best margaritas and pisco sour and truly is a wonderful host. Kenny organises and guides the best diving tours on the island with zero compromise on safety. We came for a very short stay, but one thing is sure - we are definitely coming back, and this time for longer.

We absolutely loved our time at the hotel. The premises and facilities were exceptional. The property had 4 pools but we parked ourselves at the one with the swim-up-bar and that was a favourite among our group. The food choices were brilliant and there was something for everyone. Our highlights was Citronelle Restaurant which provides a buffet option which we enjoyed for breakfast and dinner. We visited the spa and the gym which were both great facilities. The gym and then the sauna especially were a great way to start each day. We tried out the Legend Golf Course and WOW, what a course!!!! If you’re a keen golfer, please give it a go but be weary that it is full of water hazards and you may lose a few golf balls. You also need to make sure to wear very tidy dress and that polos are mandatory but if you do not have one, the Pro Shop has plenty of options. Everyone on the course had a golf cart which made sense at it was very hot. The cold towel at the end of the course was definitely welcome. What truly stood out though were the staff. They went above and beyond for their clients and ensured that the experience was perfect and it truly was. The staff are a credit to the hotel and each person we encountered seemed like they truly cared. Overall we would recommend the property to anyone who would like to visit. Do yourself a favour and visit Constance Belle Mare Plage and you will not regret it!

The location was good. It is opposite an interesting beach with good scenery and walking distance from eating places. The rooms were spacious with blankets that was smelling very nice. My kids loved the house.

    C Mauritius is an amazing place to spend your vacations! Very comfortable and clean, the staff is super friendly and the food is quite good! From what we manage to see it clearly has one of the best beaches around! It can be windy sometimes, but it’s the kite surf coast after all so that is to be expected. The gym is very well equipped. Special thanks to Emilie for the warm welcome and Deepak at dinner service!

    The hotel is right on the beach and offers good free activities (these are the glass bottom boat, snorkelling, kayaking and paddle boats which need to be booked and subject to availability). The rooms are quite spacious, and staff were very friendly. We were received by Iqbal the night manager and Shalini who were most hospitable. The waiters at the Pomelo restaturant, Nithin and Julian were especially attentive and engaged warmly with us. There was free wifi available.

    Saira's egg Benedict every morning! Deep's dedication in making our villa and stay as comfortable as possible! Visham, for driving us around in the buggy! Superb villa. Hotel is pristine and beautiful. Right on the beach. All staff is wonderful, polite, welcoming and ready to help. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet are awesome.

    Very warm welcome at Check-in, Manager personally came to say hello Resto staff very approachable & accommodating Villa 9 upgrade, which was amazing. A dream set-up, right on the beach with private pool Valet and Butlers, Villa Manager were really next level Buffet & a la carte Restos really wonderful food & service Been to few Mauritius 5-Stars, Constance BMP up-there!

    My room - Bang on the Beach - literally looked out on the to the beautiful beach and ocean. The name lived up to its promise. The beach was clean and lovely, and the staff raked it every morning and cleared any seaweed that may have washed up. The pool was beautiful and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were pretty soundproof, and even though I was close to the entertainment, I could not hear it once I was in my room.
