Beach Hotels in Dhiffushi

Everything in Meeru is perfect, from the very first meeting at the airport, through transfers, check in, rooms, meals. Service is extra ordinary. We visited Meeru for the second time and will be back if possible.

We had an amazing holiday at the Stone Beach Club! Our room was located at this hotel, but we could use all the facilities at the main Stone Hotel, where breakfast and dinner were also served. We actually enjoyed the short walk after meals, as it was just a few minutes away. The hotel facilities were excellent—especially the infinity pool! The hotel has its own private beach with sunbeds, which was beautiful. The best part of all was the staff! Everyone, from the reception to the restaurant team and housekeeping, was incredibly kind and delivered outstanding service. A special shout-out to the chef, who cooked delicious meals and even prepared a special dinner for us—we absolutely loved it! We will definitely be coming back!

We have completely fallen in love with this wonderful place. Very attentive staff, delicious food, very elegant, and relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed the cultural activities, the dinner buffet, the attention to detail.

I had a room with balcony and sea view and highly recommended. You can sleep with the sound of the ocean and watch beautiful sunsets. They clean the room every day and provide fresh towels for the beach. Staff is very kind and supportive. The double bed is big. You have also big wardrobe and fridge which is very useful. They respond on WhatsApp which helps and arrange also the speed boat. You also have sunbeds you can use for free at the private beach.

Especially staff here were so amazing. They were very helpful and patient, they arranged the schedule very flexibly and they made our trip much better, very appreciated. We could stay like a home, very comfortable. Wish we could stay longer here, everything was fantastic : )

Our experience at Veli Vilaa, nestled on the enchanting island of Dhiffushi, was simply unforgettable and utterly breathtaking. The villa's direct beachfront location works its magic the moment you arrive, instantly melting away every trace of the journey. All that remains is you, the mesmerizing ocean, and a delightful flurry of hermit crabs and other crabs in every imaginable shape, size, and vibrant color, scuttling playfully across the powdery white sand. The villa itself is thoughtfully designed with four bedrooms, each boasting a private bathroom and separate entrance. Two rooms are situated on the ground floor, featuring expansive glass doors that open directly onto the beach, comfort reigns supreme within the villa. The spaces are clean, invitingly comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious and equipped with showers. Out on the beach, you'll discover swings, hammocks, cozy daybeds, and everything you could possibly desire to while away the hours in blissful idleness, gently lulled by the soothing melody of the sea until the spectacular sunset paints the sky. However, what truly elevates a stay at Veli Vilaa to something extraordinary are the people. Sujon, the head of staff, and Monda, the villa manager, were absolutely fantastic. They were consistently available, always smiling, and remarkably attentive to our every need. We also must mention the incredible Shimul, the chef, who delighted us every morning with tasty fresh fruit juices and was always ready to prepare delicious meals at any time we requested. Pros: Best value-for-money stay during my entire Maldives trip—paid the same price as other accommodations but with significantly better facilities and service. Larger, well-managed hotel with warm, helpful staff, and great amenities: spacious, clean rooms with balconies, and a pool for relaxing. Located on the best island I visited, with numerous beautiful natural beaches (unlike other islands with only a few artificial beaches) and plenty of coral reefs for snorkeling or diving. Also many dinning and shopping options unlike other smaller islands around. Free snorkeling equipment available and dedicated sunbeds at the beach despite being a block away. Useful tip: download the Odiapp to book ferries easily, without commission fees ($25USD per way to/fro Male vs $35USD without the app), and you can convenienly pay by card.

A wonderful private bungalow on the beach, with AC, an open shower, a small terrace and fantastic sea view. Every day the property provided us with sunbeds and an umbrella at our chosen spots. I would recommend this property. Great value to price ratio.
