If you want to get away from people, then this is the best place to do it. We have booked bungalow with access to the beach, which was perfect solution. Although we had neighbours, there was enough space for everyone and you could really relax on your own. Staff was very friendly and super helpful (my friend got a bit of sunburn and she was offered help immediately). Airport transfer was organized smoothly. We did arrive very late and we were greated with cold drink and supper. Bed was very big and comfortable. We have also used spa, yet another relaxing element of our stay. We are wery happy with Makunudu experience!

Everything. Excellent speed boat trip and welcome. Our induction with Shifu was really informative and she looked after us our whole stay. The food is absolutely delicious, the chefs cook to an incredibly high standard. The Maldivian cooking class exceeded our expectations too. The room was exceptionally clean. Well stocked every day. We saw a pod of dolphins, manta ray, sharks and amazing fish from our sun beds at the back of the resort. The snorkelling is mind blowing you are right on a reef. The sunset cruise was good and the snorkelling tour. The rituals bought calm in this very ugly world at the moment.

Where do I start ? I have been to several One & Only resorts and can honestly say that the Reethi Rah is by far the best of them , every aspect of the property was superb. I very seldom write reviews, but I am beyond IMPRESSED with this resort! The food was excellent from taste to presentation! The rooms and views were both breathtaking! Our daughters and granddaughter had the over the water villa with private pool. My husband and I had the over the water honeymoon suite celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Our children coordinated with the staff to perform an unforgettable vow renewal. The activities were amazing! We attempted to book for another visit before this visit was even complete. I can think of nothing I would change about this resort. Zikko, our private butler for the honeymoon suite was very attentive, as was the entire staff. Everyone was so very accommodating always making sure my family and I had what we needed. The family and I are still in awe of the time spent there!
