We have stayed for the whole week and enjoyed every minute. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the ceilings are high and beds super comfy. The staff is absolutely lovely and always available. Ladies at reception are so kind and helpful. We will definitely be returning in future. The sea in front of the hotel in very swimmable and water is clean. We have also enjoyed our walks on the beach. Veracruz and the resort is a treasure and hope it stays as a little secret 😁

Staff brilliant, very friendly and always attempted to help. We travelled from the UK overnight and arrived early in the morning very tired. We were given an early check-in without additional cost. We spoke to the manager on several occasions who asked if everything was good. It was.
