A beautiful lodge in an exceptional place. Our difficult car journey (we didn’t have a 4x4, amd forgot to lower the tire pressure) from Chidenguele to Nhambavale lodge was totally worth it.

    This was such a lovely break in our travels up the coast. The location is just stunning. Beautiful green gardens sloping down to a crystal clear lake.A lovely beach area to chill on and a friendly restaurant from which to watch amazing sunsets. The chalets are very spacious. Basic but great value for money .

    Fantastic location Staff make every effort to make your stay pleasant, including providing a rescue service when we got stuck on the beach (4x4 an absolute requirement). food is prepared fresh for every meal and was excellent. Being a few minutes away from the beach and overlooking the lake, give you an opportunity to escape from the afternoon winds.

    the view on the lake is amazing the staff is also so nice nice while being discrete the place is also 2.5km from the ocean where we could see whales
