Brand new hotel with a fantastic location, beautiful views, and a great pool and a restaurant. It seems like the best hotel in the area, by a good margin. We loved how clean and modern it was. It was overall a very pleasanta and relaxing experience.

As from the pictures on booking.com - amazing setup, real thought gone into the whole place and vibe, as if from experienced travellers! The different types of accommodation in their own little areas are fab! We stayed in a teepee and was the most coolest comfiest cleanest place we’ve stayed in 3 months! The communal kitchen and register to obtain fresh food n fruit on site is brill! The facilities are top of the range all over and the fine details of the accomodations/ buildings all boast character and charm! The manager (Gaby) is such a kind helpful young lady who encourages social vibes while there and is super helpful in terms of advice and communication (info with the shops and timetables for food delivery taxis etc. they have their own cool surf hire as well which is a nice walk / ride to the main surf beaches! Would highly recommend this place if your in the area, the value for money is literally unbeatable and the energy and vibe of the place and people it attracts is worth seeing for yourselves! Would definitely return if in popoyo again! 🫶🏼✨

Such clean and nice accommodation!! The owner is so responsive to messages, has made us feel so welcome and has helped us with everything we need. I recommend staying here, we’ve absolutely loved it! Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, aircon and relaxing atmosphere (plus super close to the beach)!!!

Owner made sure to give us a comfortable time, got a free upgrade to a seaside room! Coffee and drinking water was free. We had some trouble getting off Ometepe island; the owner helped us out and was very responsive at all times. Wifi was perfect, rooms super clean and location was central
