All was perfect: the view, the room, the living room... The house is charming and the personnel is very nice. The breakfast was excellent and the dinner was served in a very warm setting.

The facilities were amazing, the view with the lake was unbelievable. And the nearby hiking trails were absolutely stunning; a hidden waterfall was a highlight. The staff was very accommodating.

Perfect location for fishing. Room was spotlessly clean and well equiped. Owner Ken was very friendly and helpful. I would reccomend this venue as it offers excellent value for money..i will return in the future.

Kat and Roger are exceptional hosts, ensuring that our E bikes were safely stowed in their garage, and offering us a cool drink on the deck with the most stunning views across their lawn of Lake Rotorua. You absolutely must try Kat's Nasi Goreng for breakfast, though full cooked English breakfast or a Continental option is also on offer. Our warm, spacious studio was only a few steps from Kat and Rogers private beach where there is a kayak for guest use. Our room was spacious, the bed super comfy, the ensuite and room spotless and we appreciated all the extra touches including fresh milk in our fridge for the tea and coffee provided. The property is in a quiet residential lakefront area, yet only a few minutes from Rotorua CBD and close to the Gondola, Luge and Zorb. There is a Superette, Fish Shop and Indian and Chinese takeaways close by.

No words to express how happy I was to stay in this calm and beautiful house. Very elegantly decorated but cosy at the same time. The lake front is just amazing to gaze at. Self entry instructions were on point. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds with heated mattresses all added up to a comfortable stay. Would surely recommend to anyone visiting or passing by Rotorua.

Have never slept in a more comfortable bed! Loved the modern spacious well-appointed apartment with a beautiful outlook. The spa was a bonus. Hosts were very accommodating and very responsive with messages. Would love to have stayed longer. Highly recommend!
