This is one of the most friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is extremely nice! We stayed in two connected rooms. Very good cooked breakfast delivered to the room. The rooms are big and the bathrooms are big. There is kitchen equipment available in the room. The beach is on the other side of the road (probably 50 meters walk). The restaurant is in the town, a few minutes nice walk. The internet WiFi connection is super fast with a good coverage. The hotel was well located for us as we wanted to visit Shakspear Park. It is just about one hour drive from Auckland. Have I told that the staff is extremely friendly, nice and just wonderful? After checkout we were offered towels to enjoy beach longer. We gave the towels back to the hotel in the afternoon long after checkout. Thank you, that helped us a lot.

Geoff and Lyn were lovely hosts and the studio was beautifully appointed. A gorgeous view and some delicious muffins for breakfast. Would very much recommend.

We loved the beautiful beach-front Arkles Bay location in Whangaparaoa, with a 10min walk up a hill to get to a Kebab Takeaway and Thai Restaurant. The apartment was wonderful, great bedroom, bathroom, lounge and outside space, compact kitchen with oven/air fryer, oil, seasoning, water, milk and chocolates in the fridge. Vicki was a wonderful host, had a friendly chat and gave us our privacy to enjoy the accommodation.

Set in Red Beach, just 2.7 km from Orewa Beach, The Beach House offers beachfront accommodation with free WiFi. It is situated 34 km from North Head Historic Reserve and provides bicycle parking.

Our hosts could not have been more friendly. A lovely couple that were a pleasure to meet.The studio was immaculate. Very spacious, bright and comfortable. We had great views of the sea and we only had a minutes walk to the lovely quiet beach. Fantastic value and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Of course it‘s an older motel, but in good condition. If you get any of the waterfront units, that‘s where this property really shines! Also the price is very attractive.

The staff were wonderful—warmly greeting us at reception and personally escorting us to our room. The room itself was beautifully renovated, with a fresh, modern feel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire space was spotless. We also appreciated the efficient air-conditioning. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and the beach. A great stay overall!

We had a fantastic stay , the holiday home is very clean with everything you need for a great holiday and more. It's a fabulous location for the beach, we were swimming in the sea twice and the outside shower in the garden is very handy. The area around is great, a great shopping centre only a 3 min drive and lots of other bays to visit close by. It's only 20mins from Auckland CBD. Ian was a fantastic host, genuinely very friendly and helpful. We have lovely memories of our time here
