We came to celebrate our 20th anniversary, the room preparation and decoration was amazing , the staff was very pleasant and attentive, everything was perfect and everyone was extra nice and helpful . I had a wonderful time at Al Bustan Palace hotel. Lovely room overlooking the beautiful garden and swimming pool. Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere at the pool. But what made the stay unforgettable is the unwavering service from the staff. Particularly Seda, who went to buy a collector's item in the city especially for me that I wanted. And Bandana who prepared special tea for me every day against my cold. Fasrul who gave me all his attention and patiently listened to my stories. I was touched when Seda, Bandana and Fasrul gave me the collector's item as a souvenir of my stay. I'll never forget! With such staff, any hotel stay would be a wonderful experience!

The diligence and attention of the staff to detail. The food was good. We ask for a very late checkout and the hotel obliged. It is worth noting that Felix, the manager of the restaurant where we breakfasted, made the request for us when he found out that our flight was late in the day. He took the trouble to make the request for us.

Decent size room with a great view. Lovely private beach with sunset views. We rented a car for the day (very easy to do at the car rental within the hotel) which helped with accessibility as there isn’t much at walking distance. Helpful and friendly staff.

Great location right on the beach with numerous good quality cafes and restaurants next door. Easy drive to Muttrah, the old town and to the airport. Views were pleasant. Be aware that the balcony is shared. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were cleaned daily and fresh water provided.

The property is right on the beach with a huge balcony facing the beach. The balcony is connected for 4-5 rooms and works best if you are a group of people. The staff is also very friendly!

Excellent location with access to a private beach. More than enough sun loungers by the pool and on the beach, even on the busy days. Pool area was excellent and the poolside service was generally excellent (only one exception). Room was large and well maintained by the housekeeping staff. Overall the level of service from hotel staff was excellent.
