We loved the location, it was very quite, lots of towels in our room, basic amenities provided. My child loved the pool. Staffs are very hard working. Very courteous and all out smiles when they serve you. Downside, not much choices for buffet breakfast but it's not a problem to us really as we were looking forward eating dinner at Joey's Table, their ala carte menu was fantastic! All the foods that we ordered was amazing to my families liking! Thank you to all the staffs from receptionists to Joey's Table restaurant and the lifeguard who was keeping an eye for the children who were enjoying swimming at the pool!

The pool is huge and plenty of space for everyone - especially good for small kids with a dedicated kids pool and 2 paddling areas. Great for families. It looks super luxurious, super friendly and helpful staff, rooms just amazing, pools have a perfect temperature, food tastes amazing. I didn’t expect so much good stuff. Definitely coming back and recommending to our friends. Rooms: super clean, ultra nice design, super view, everything you need, friendly & useful notes, easy to access. Food: top! From breakfast where they serve local hot chocolate to different kinds of puto.Dinner was just crazy how well prepared it is and how they try to satisfy what you want. Staff: huge thanks for friendliness and helpfulness, it was incredible experience how they were eager to help.

Safety. Bags screened through scanner at entrance and k9 sniffing dog. Another example was when wanting to enter our room while it was being cleaned; staff asked your name and to swipe your card to prove it's your room, great! Privacy. Private beach. Own cabin during massages at Chi Spa. Quality. Everything is so beautifully laid out, designed, high-quality fabrics, bed, etc. Everything is so fabulous that even the trashbins look good. A must-mention: the food. Whatever you're having, it's all delicious. We recommend the Chinese restaurant, specifically their Chef's signature prawns with mango (starter) and the Australian beef (main).
