ALL Staff were courteous , always greets guests consistently. They even go out of their way to ask if you need assistance or how was your stay. You can borrow plates and utensils and reheat food you have ordered with them. Minibar supply provided is free, the only time you need to pay is when already consumed the initially provided. ( 3 cans of fruit juices, 2 cans of beer, 2 peanut kisses). Water is free althroughout. Very calm and relaxing place. Perfect for those who wanted to unwind and wanted a quiet place to stay. Food was ok. Amenties were good. There are activities that will make your stay enjoyable. NVR transfers and tour partner is great. They were welcoming and very polite during our tour. Our room has a great view of the ocean. Pool was clean. Overall its the best hotel we have stayed in even compared to other 5 star hotels in Manila and resort Cebu hotels we have tried.

Wow! The best hotel we did in Panglao so far. The resort has the best location for the beach (their private beach is the best part of Dumaluan). The breakfast is really good! Good restaurant for lunch and dinner.

The villa itself was great, clean and spacious. It's been well maintained and there is a very friendly and helpful host (sorry forgotten her name, I think Malia?) who lives at the front of the property so is always on hand to help with anything. We all (group of 10 people) loved staying at Best Western in july 2025. Me and my son stayed for 10 nights and enjoyed it very much. The staff is super nice, everybody is so friendly and ready to do anything you ask for. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, right by the sea and so many restaurants and shops all around.

One of the best hotels we ve been in our lives. A perfect start for us... We started our 3 week holiday in Bohol. Their lobby area view... It talks "welcome to Philipinnes" I said to myself. A dream came true. Everything met our expectations and beyond.. exceeded our expectations i would say... The beach, the food, the message, the spa, the location... Worth every money spent here. Free kayaks. Perfect for a morning jog... Happy hour till 7pm. Very good portion of meals ( being Maltese we like to eat a lot). Special thanks goes to butler Paul for his patience, dedication and hospitality skills. We will return in the future for sure.
