Helpful and friendly staff, and the location is just perfect 1min to the beach and sea. Very close to Hin Ta & Hin Yai, shops as 7elven, family mart, pharmacy, laundry machines, fresh fruits street vendors, massage parlour. There may being little thing for people who doesn't like some kind of little lizards. The resort is between nice and green nature so sometimes it may happen some friendly lizard comes inside. For me that's not a problem. Hope to back again 🙏

Beluga hotel and its staff completely over exceeded our expectations. They were incredibly welcoming and cheerful. Their food was amazing, fresh fruit at breakfast, and their mid-day lunch meals were spectacular. There was no request that went unanswered and the staff were always more than happy to help. Ordering taxi services, and recommending spots around the island to visit. The drinks were prepared with care and always prepared to a standard. The view from our room and hotel was amazing overlooking the ocean. Beluga is a fantastic spot for a couple looking to get away for a quiet holiday. I will 100% be staying at Beluga again in the near future.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Especially the hotel manager (from England). He and the rest of the staff were extremely kind and welcoming, always there to help out with every question we had. The private pool was a luxuary, the common pool area was very comfortable, the WiFi 10/10, it was quiet and the best place to relax and enjoy our vacation.

A phenomenal resort in a great spot. The staff went above and beyond with any request we had, and the room was absolutely beautiful. We upgraded to the sea view room and it was definitely worth it for the view of the ocean. The buffet breakfast was always amazing, with a good selection and really tasty. The restaurant always did good food (the Pad Thai was the best I had in Thailand) and the massages were excellent. The location was wonderful, right on the beach and a short walk to the night market. It was on a nice part of the main road so never felt too noisy and was away from all the nightlife. We stayed for a week over Christmas, and it completely exceeded expectations! The layout of the hotel adds to the serene feeling throughout, and you just get a sense that the people working there care and are proud of the resort.
