Staying at Phulay Bay has been one of the most memorable experiences of my life. I had reserved a few nights for my fiancé and our family for our engagement proposal. Where do I even start with this hotel? The warmth and friendliness of the staff, stunning views and rooms and meticulous attention to detail throughout our visit blew us away. I cannot recommend this hotel enough—it's a credit to the industry and something all hotels should aspire to emulate. The food was incredible, the excursions were well planned and pleasant, and the room service was exceptional. To our delight, we were often presented with personalised messages, rose petal baths and delicious treats. I've never felt such a connection with hotel staff, but staying here truly makes you feel as if you are part of a family. I would like to wish all the staff best of luck and hope that they are consistently recognised for the great work they do. I will definitely be coming back.

The hotel location is superb, the beach is stunning and the hotel restaurant is superb. We had such a wonderful stay here. The staff are so kind, helpful and friendly. The rooms are spotless and the beds very comfortable. We absolutely loved our time at Tubkaek Beach and plan to return as soon as we can.

The beautiful setting and the privacy. Situated at the end of the beach , our beach house is in front of the private beach with stunning view and surrounded by plants. The house is very clean and the best are the staff , very friendly and helpful to help us to join tours to Hong island and taxi to airport. Their restaurant is a gem , one night we were having dinner with breathtaking sunset, right on the beach with soft music and yummy food. Thank you for the amazing experience.
