The staff were super helpful, there were some noisy family’s staying around our room and the staff took only ten minutes to relocate us to a different part of the hotel in a really quiet location. We had dinner in one of the restaurants and the food was second to none. The best steak I have had in our two months in Asia. The breakfast was also the best we have had on our trip and had a great selection, including freshly baked breads and great European coffee. The food and beverages director /executive chef also managed to find an hour or so to give us plenty of tips and help us plan our onward journey through the rest of the country. Would highly recommend staying here.
