The hotel was really nice, the room super clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were unbelievable, each and everything of them. Very nice and welcoming. Helpes us with everything we needed. They upgraded us to better room as we arrived.Really amazing team. We enjoyed every one of them. Great motorbikes service. Walking distance to the beach.

The cruise was one of the best ones I have ever tried. Really delicious food, great guide and they take you further out, so there is not that many other boats. Can only say, I recommend big time.

We just got back today from Halong Bay with Dora Cruise. Before we came we were worried cause there is a lot of mix reviews and we didn’t know how it’s going to be, but let me tell you it was wonderful!! they took such a good care of us. and we couldn’t have a better time on the cruise. We want to thank the amazing Lien for being so kind and caring for our every need. it was just perfect. we also want to thank the crew members on the ship, especially Bros, the tour manager and the sweet and caring Dao for their great hospitality. We had really enjoyed every second of it. the activities on the cruise were great, the food was so good and tasty. We really recommend Dora Cruise for everyone.

Just returned from a wonderful cruise experience. The rooms were good, though the bathroom need some repair. Our room balcony however offered lovely views. The staff provided attentive service throughout our trip. Special mention goes to Dan, the cruise manager, whose leadership really made a difference. He is quite humourous and friendly. His smooth approach and attention to detail ensured everything ran smoothly. Overall, a great vacation made even better by Dan's excellent management.

This boat and cruise was a once in a lifetime experience for us. Halong Bay is something any traveller must experience in their life. It is too hard to explain just how luxurious the Boat we were on was. We felt like billionaires, on our own private superyacht. There is so much space and the rooms are better than most hotels. Jerry, Nick, Thaung (our waiter) provided us with the most amazing experience. The service was impeccable. 5 and 6 course meals were sensational. We simply cannot recommend this company enough.

Pearl suite is unbelievably beautiful. The views from the room are magnificent. The food was superb and the staff were so friendly! The activities planned were wonderful, we especially enjoyed kayaking!

Very nice tall building and view is amazing, good restaurant downstairs and pool in 30th floor for a small fee. Washing machine is a nice bonus. Owner communicated well. Everything was great!

The Catherine Cruise was one of the higher end options at Ha Long Bay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and attentive. In particular, Van made our time extra special - she is awesome!!
