Fantastic Chef in the restaurant. The reception team were excellent in communication, professional and helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel. Oh almost forgot, super delicious coffee.

Waking up to this view every morning felt like a dream. What truly sets this hotel apart is how they cater to every guest’s wishes. No request is too big or too small—they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. And I must say, Hamza has become more than just a manager to us—he is a true friend. The staff, the location, the hotel itself, the cleanliness, the beach. The hotel was really trying to accommodate all of our requests. We had some minor issues (outside of the hotel’s control), however the hotel made sure that we still enjoy our stay, and we really did! So far one of the best hotels in Dubai I have been to, and plan on definitely coming back! A big thank you to NH The Palm, and all of their staff!

To me personally - this hotel is the best located in the whole Marina. The views are breathtaking. The room is way better than what's on the pics - loved chilling on the balcony at night. The hotel is close to all amenities:- mall, restaurants, walking track, metro, etc and we had the best morning and evening walks. Great value for money. Will definitely be coming back.! This Dubai vacation was amazing and the hotel made it extraordinarily amazing. !!!
