We booked the room with spacious lovely balcony, has a special view point of the city life. Very good location for city walk. Restaurants, coffee shops, the Main Street, and the seaside square are just nearby. So I really recommended this hotel. BTW the sunset of Durres will never disappoint you.

Prime Location: Located 35 km from Tirana International Mother Teresa Airport, the hotel is a 3-minute walk from Durres Beach. Nearby attractions include the Rock of Kavaje (6 km) and Durres Amphiteatre (7 km). The hotel was very clean and the owners put a lot of thought, care, and effort into it. This place had the best shower pressure out of all the places during our trip. There was a place to rinse off any sand in the parking lot. There was a spot to dry swimsuits and towels outside which was very handy! They even had toys for playing in the sand to borrow. The breakfast was yummy, and there were lots of options. Parking was easy and directions for finding the place were really clear.
