Everything about this place is excellent. The staff is incredibly kind, caring, and always welcoming. The location is perfect, close to the sea and markets. The room was clean, comfortable, and with a cute balcony. Plus, the staff is very understanding with late check-outs, which we really appreciate after long nights at the festival. Can’t wait to return next year!

Gave us fresh fruit and vegetables and answered any questions we had.

We were warmly welcomed, given information about the hotel, and escorted to our room! The room was very clean, beautiful, and conveniently located (we used the elevator to the second floor all the time). Room cleaning was every other day, and each time we came back, it felt like we were stepping into a brand new room! We had delicious breakfasts! There was always a variety of food, and there was plenty of it. Most importantly, the food was fresh and of very high quality! Every day, there was one waiter at breakfast, a very pleasant young man, who always made sure everything was perfect for us. The hotel's cuisine is excellent overall. We had dinner at the restaurant several times and ate pizza almost every day! The food here deserves a 10+! The staff at this hotel is the best!!! I've never encountered such a great team where everyone is friendly, and their main goal is to make guests feel as comfortable as possible! Special thanks to Kleon!!! He’s an amazing guy who did everything to ensure we had a fantastic stay! Any request or question we had was handled by Kleon 100%! We didn’t want to leave, and we will definitely come back!!! Albania is a wonderful country that is rapidly developing, and it's being shaped by amazing people like those we met at Nuevo Deluxe. Roxhensis place was amazing! The Air Con was absolutely perfect in the room which was well needed! It is literally meters from the beach but the best thing must be the hosts. Family run business. Roxhensi and his dad. They were the nicest and most humble people, always available for any assistance and question that we had. They treated us more like friends than customers. When we were checking out, they invited us to talk to them about our travels and have a coffee (free of charge). I honestly don't ever think I will get the same treatment from another host. Amazing experience!
